Intermittent fasting timer
One tap to start. Five real metabolic stages. A rest day that doesn’t punish you for taking it. No account, ever.
The gap is your eating window. Change the schedule and watch it resize.
Stages
Every boundary below is the real threshold the app uses. Where the evidence doesn’t support a number, Orbo doesn’t print one.
Restraint
You came for a timer. Pointing a camera at dinner is someone else’s product.
Orbo names the stage you’re in and what it means. It won’t invent numbers it can’t stand behind.
Open it, start a fast. Sign in only if you want your history on a second device.
Forgiveness
Edit the start. Edit the finish. Add a fast you never logged at all. Your streak heals when you do — most apps make this impossible.
One a week. Take it and your plan extends instead of your streak resetting. It’s free. Charging for that is backwards.
The real thing
A screen recording of the app running — not a mockup, not a render. The ring you were just playing with is the ring that ships.
Your data
Orbo works fully offline and keeps your history on the device. Apple Health is optional and one tap to switch off. Signing in exists so your history can follow you to another device — not so anyone can study it.
العربية
Orbo’s Arabic was written first, by someone who reads it. Right-to-left throughout, and dates stay Gregorian instead of a Saudi device silently forcing Hijri on your fasting history. Even the brand mark is pinned so it never mirrors.
Launch
It’s built and going through submission. Leave an email and you’ll hear from us exactly once — the day it ships.
One email, then nothing. No list, no sharing.
