Intermittent fasting timer

The fast,
and nothing else.

One tap to start. Five real metabolic stages. A rest day that doesn’t punish you for taking it. No account, ever.

A fasting ring. The arc is the fast; the gap is the eating window.

The gap is your eating window. Change the schedule and watch it resize.

One idea

Your day, on one plate.

An empty plate styled as a clock face, cutlery set aside
The fastMost of the clock, and nothing on it. That is the whole practice.
A plate-clock with food filling one wedge between the fork hands
The windowEating fits a wedge of the day — the ring's gap, on crockery.
Food arranged along the rim of a plate-clock from noon to five
Around the clockPick 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 or OMAD — the plate resizes, you don't.

Stages

Five stages, and the hours behind them.

Every boundary below is the real threshold the app uses. Where the evidence doesn’t support a number, Orbo doesn’t print one.

A plate as a clock face: food fills the eating-window hours and a wooden fork is the hand.

Restraint

What Orbo doesn’t do.

An empty plate with clock hands, a fork and knife set beside it — the fast, and nothing else.

No food photos

You came for a timer. Pointing a camera at dinner is someone else’s product.

No AI coach

Orbo names the stage you’re in and what it means. It won’t invent numbers it can’t stand behind.

No account to start

Open it, start a fast. Sign in only if you want your history on a second device.

Forgiveness

Built for people who forget.

Forgot to start it? Fix it.

Edit the start. Edit the finish. Add a fast you never logged at all. Your streak heals when you do — most apps make this impossible.

A rest day that costs nothing.

One a week. Take it and your plan extends instead of your streak resetting. It’s free. Charging for that is backwards.

The real thing

Twenty seconds, unedited.

A screen recording of the app running — not a mockup, not a render. The ring you were just playing with is the ring that ships.

Your data

Your data, handled straight.

Orbo works fully offline and keeps your history on your phone, with an anonymous backup so your progress is never lost. No name, no email, no tracking — and Erase Everything in Settings deletes the server copy too. Sign in only if you want it linked to you across devices.

العربية

Arabic, written — not translated.

Orbo’s Arabic was written first, by someone who reads it. Right-to-left throughout, and dates stay Gregorian instead of a Saudi device silently forcing Hijri on your fasting history. Even the brand mark is pinned so it never mirrors.
